We have learned that there have been a rash of break ins and thefts happening in North Frontenac. These seem to be linked to a lack of snow and easy access to cottage properties.

The OPP are aware of at least sixteen break and enters over the past couple of weeks, all related to absent owner properties. They are looking for a black 2016 Dodge Ram / trailer and a white SUV.

If you have trail cams set them up, watch your neighbors property and inform the OPP if you see anything suspicious.
