Massive Storm Storm hits Mazinaw Sat May 21st On Saturday, May 21st, a powerful storm struck the Mazinaw area.  Damage was extensive, especially in the north end.  *** If you haven't already, you are strongly advised to check your property as soon as possible. *** The township of North Frontenac declared a state of emergency (which has now been lifted), and highway 41 was temporarily closed due to tree falls.  Bon Echo Provincial Park is closed for the foreseeable future.  Smart's Marina and Brown's Camp have re-opened, although sections of Brown's are also closed for the foreseeable future.  There were no
