Just a reminder that our Annual General Meeting (AGM) meeting for the MPOA is this Saturday, June 30th.    It's a chance to come meet your fellow members, get an update on what is going on, vote on decisions, pay your membership if you haven't already (due July 1), and pick up your directory.

For years we've always held the meeting at the same location but this year that venue was booked for a family function.  So that you don't attend the family function, please remember, the meeting is being held at the Pineview Free Methodist Church 14397 Hwy 41, Cloyne.  As you are driving towards Cloyne from Mazinaw, it's a left turn, right after the tennis courts. Doors open at 9:15; business meeting starts at 10:00.  The agenda is posted on our website under the meeting tab.

FYI: As part of the meeting, last year's minutes will be approved so please take a few minutes to review them prior to the meeting.  They can be found on our website also under the Meeting tab.

As mentioned earlier, a few board member's 3 year term is up and we are looking for some new skills and talent to join us.  Our association can only function successfully if enough interested individuals come forward to work on behalf of the membership for the well being of our community and the lake. This is your opportunity to give back to the association and to represent the membership.  Please come and introduce yourself if you are interested.  You can also send an email to communications@lakemazinaw.ca in advance of the meeting.

Please consider bringing a non-perishable donation for the local food bank to the meeting and we will drop it off.
